Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat is a water-based flexible acrylic paint, that can be used on a multitude of surfaces.
 
  • For use outdoors and indoors
  • Excellent resistance to UV and weathering
  • Can be applied to slightly damp surfaces
  • Overcoatable after just 1 hour
  • Watertight membrane
  • Very flexible


Recommended Uses

As a coating on asphalt, concrete, pavement, bitumen, on parking bays, as line marking, on tennis courts, playgrounds and many more.


Coverage

Theoretical: 4 - 8 m² per liter, depending on the type of surface.
Practical: Depending on the type of surface. On Tarmac, coverage is likely to be close to 4 m²/l.


Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, sound and dry (slightly damp is acceptable). Tarmacoat can be applied to existing paint providing all poorly bonded material is removed and glossy surfaces
are dulled using abrasive paper.
