Rust-Oleum Epoxy Putty for Concrete Repair 5412 is a solvent free, two-component epoxy material. 

Recommended Uses 

Rust-Oleum 5412 should be used for repair of small cracks, air-pockets and/or blow-holes in concrete walls and floors. 
Rust-Oleum 5412 is applied with a filling knife or a trowel. 
Rust-Oleum 5412 can be applied directly on horizontal and vertical areas. Very porous substrates are to be primed with Rust-Oleum 5401 Impregnation primer
Rust-Oleum 5412 can be recoated with a.o. Rust-Oleum Self Levelling Mortar Compound 5400 on floors and with Rust-Oleum Solvent-free High Build Epoxy System 5500 or Rust-Oleum High Performance Epoxy System 9100 on walls and floors. 


Theoretical: 1.5 kg/m² per 1 mm thickness 
Practical: Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application. 

Surface Preparation

Remove oil, grease and all other surface contaminations by alkaline or high pressure (steam) cleaning. Remove loose and unsound concrete until a sound surface is obtained. New concrete or masonry should dry and cure for at least 30 days before applying Rust-Oleum Epoxy Putty for Concrete Repair 5412 or a coating system. The surface should be clean and dry during application.
